Therapeutic Bodywork
Somatic Psychotherapy
My work bridges trauma-informed therapeutic bodywork and somatic psychotherapy, offering clients multiple entry points into regulation, restoration, and embodied change.
Bodywork sessions offer a hands-on, restorative space for energetic and physical rehabilitation. As a certified massage therapist and MLD practitioner specializing in the Vodder Method, I integrate myo-fascial release, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular facilitation to support fascial integration, nervous system regulation, and whole-body ease.
With over eight years of experience as a massage therapist, sessions are informed by trauma-aware touch, guided breath-work, and education in lymphatic self-massage, empowering clients to participate in their own ongoing care. This work can support recovery from injury, chronic pain, inflammation, stress, and overall nervous system overwhelm.
I am available for bodywork at Indigo Dragon on Fridays and Saturdays from 2:30–8:00 pm, with limited Thursday availability upon request.

In psychotherapy sessions, clients can expect a collaborative, paced, and body-centered approach grounded in somatic practice, nervous system regulation, and trauma-sensitive care. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction or cognitive processing, our work gently attends to sensations, emotions, impulses, and patterns as they arise—allowing the body to guide the healing process.
Drawing from Somatic Experiencing–informed principles, eco-psychology, expressive and creative modalities, and depth-oriented inquiry, sessions may include body awareness, grounding practices, imagery, gentle movement, creative expression, or moments of stillness alongside talk therapy. These tools are always optional and offered with consent, supporting greater capacity, resilience, and a felt sense of safety over time.
This approach can be especially supportive for individuals navigating trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, grief, chronic pain, life transitions, or a longing for deeper embodiment and connection. Nature and the ocean may also be woven into the work as regulating and restorative resources when appropriate.
