Jamie practices an integrative form of astrology, using it as a diagnostic tool for energetics, health, patterns, purpose, and even the physical body with the intention for you to feel more safe and free. Her work is designed to guide you back into your body and intuition while creating deeper self-trust and reconnecting you to your authentic self.

Sound healing is an extension of Jamie's studies in energetics and the physical body. Using alchemy Crystal Tones® bowls, amongst other instruments, she creates sound experiences that help move stored emotion, shift energetic patterns on a cellular level, and bring safety back to the body.

Jamie is also a certified holistic coach and weaves this practice into every session, integrating the physical, emotional, energetic, and subconscious layers of healing.
