What is your field of treatment?

I work in integrative wellness, therapeutic bodywork, and herbal support. My background includes a naturopathic medical education, a B.S. in Herbal Sciences, advanced hands-on training, and years of working in collaborative integrative settings. I’m interested in how structure, physiology, emotions, environment, and daily rhythms all influence the way a person feels in their body.

Tell us more about how you work.

My work is rooted in vitalistic naturopathic philosophy—the understanding that the body is inherently intelligent and always moving toward balance when given the right conditions.

In bodywork sessions, I blend deep tissue, Swedish, and craniosacral techniques, guided by intuitive listening rather than force. Every session looks different because every nervous system communicates differently. My aim is to give the body space to reorganize, unwind old holding patterns, and settle into a more regulated state.

In wellness consultations, I look at the whole terrain: sleep, stress, digestion, movement, emotional tone, environmental inputs, and the rhythms that shape someone’s day. I offer education, practical strategies, and herbal guidance that help people reconnect with their own vitality. I also craft custom herbal formulas from my apothecary—tinctures, teas, glycerites, and topicals—based on each person’s unique needs.

Across all sessions, my focus is on supporting a deeper, clearer relationship with the body’s signals and restoring a sense of internal coherence.

What else should we know about you?

I completed my naturopathic medical training and Herbal Sciences degree at Bastyr University, and I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive training in craniosacral therapy. My style is grounded, calm, and detail-oriented.

Outside of practice, you’ll usually find me tending to my apothecary, studying nature-based healing frameworks or walking along the coast with my dog. My work is guided by a simple belief: when we reconnect with our own biology and inner rhythm, we make space for meaningful change.
