First Moon Circle

Join Karoline Dassie and Jennifer Seine for The First Moon Circle!

This event is for girls between 9-13 years old who are approaching or recently experienced their first menstrual cycle, Moms and Caregivers are invited to participate!

In this class we will go over:

• What puberty and periods are
• Menstrual cycle awareness
• Deeper understanding of each phase of the cycle
• How to care for their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body during each phase
• Guidance on selecting products
• How to experience periods as something sacred
• How to live cyclically in harmony with your nature

This two hour event for mom and daughter includes: craft, afternoon tea, gift bag and a copy of First Moon Guide.
