pomegranate juice

​​​​​​​Booch Bubbly


1/2 c. Kombucha of your choice
1/2 c. Bubbly water (lime, grapefruit, coconut or plain)
1 Sprig rosemary
Pomegranate seeds

​​​​​​​Grab your favorite flavor of kombucha and some bubbly water. Combine equal parts into a festive glass with 1-2 ice cubes if desired. Top with a spring of rosemary and sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds.

Refreshment Drink

Blood Orange Cranberry Delight


Begin by making concentrate:
Juice of 3 oranges
1/2 c. cranberries
1 c. water
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla extract
2 T. Brown sugar

​​​​​​​Bring water and sugar to a boil. Add the blood orange juice , cranberries, cinnamon and vanilla. Reduce to a simmer until cranberries have pooped and concentrate has thickened.

In a festive glass add 2T. concentrate to bubbly water.

Apple Spice & Everything Nice


1/3 c. Pressed apple cider
2/3 c. Sparkling Water or filtered water
1. Cinnamon Stick
1/8 t. Nutmeg (fresh ground is best)
1 Anise seed Pod (if desired)

This beverage is great hot or cold. If serving hot add apple cider switch the sparkling water out for purified water. By cutting the cider you are eliminating sugar.

Orange Juice

Holiday Zinger


The juice of 1/2 grapefruit
1 c. Sparkling water
Sliced grapefruit pieces
1 Rosemary sprig
(3 drops liquid stevia-optimal for sweetness)

Combine ingredients into a festive cup and add ice if desired.

Sugar Notes-If your taste buds are accustomed high sugar content beverages, now is a great time to adjust to drinks that are just as festive but not as sweet. Try a few of these and pretty soon you will find yourself craving them over other sugary beverages you may be used too. Kids will enjoy these as well. The more festive the more delight when sipping.
