How often do you just need some time to yourself? How often do you actually take it? How many times have you gotten a spa treatment, tried a new hobby, been to a wellness retreat or workshop, only to return home and back into your daily routine that doesn’t sustain these habits, feelings or practices? Yes, I know, we’re all busy. But your body is sending you imperative messages. Do you hear yourself?
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard clients say something like, “I need to do this on a regular basis.” Or “I just want to keep lying here in silence.” Or “I feel like I’m in my own little cocoon.” Or “I have this weird energy I don’t know what to do with.”

The Sound Soul sessions are designed specifically to foster your sustainable overall wellness life, or SOWL. We’ll combine intention, intuition, science, relaxation and fun. Utilizing balancing sound as an inspiring catalyst to engage and honor what your mind + body + soul needs, this program will be an immersive opportunity to be present with yourself. An opportunity to explore various ways of expression, with the hope of leading to a consistent practice. Think of this as your capsule. Your designated held space. Therapy adjacent. Structured spontaneity. Training wheels for sustainable overall wellbeing.
This 1:1 program will consist of four 90 minute sessions over the course of a 4-6 week period. A discovery conversation will take place prior to beginning the program to establish areas of focus based on your interest and intentions. We’ll use sound and the insights it elicits to inform a complimentary self expression practice for each session.
4 90 min Session 1:1 Program
4-6 Week
- 45 min sound w/ or w/o restorative yoga
- 45 min curated programming considering pillars of wellbeing such as: relational, emotional, financial, spiritual, environmental, intellectual, vocational, physical. And include activities such as:
- Guided journaling
- Chanting/ meditation
- Creative expression (Candle making, sketch poetic, painting, hammered flowers etc.)
- Nature Immersion (Outdoor session, planting sth, beach rock mandalas)
- Emotional Exchange (Compassionate Inquiry, Hug therapy, Intentional Embrace
- Dancing/Karaoke
- Stillness/Napping
- Reflection Journaling – Marked Mirrors
